We hired DLC to convert our detached garage into a one-bedroom ADU, and the experience was excellent. Dan was knowledgeable and responsive, designing a pitched roof that made the space feel larger. The project stayed organized, timely, and on budget.

We are very pleased with our new 1200 sq ft ADU that Dan and his team have built for us. Dan was always very quick to respond whenever we had questions, and his staff’s flexibility on any changes and/or issues that came up were addressed in a timely manner.

DLC built an 800 sq ft addition to our home. It included a bedroom, a hall bathroom, and a large master suite with a luxurious bathroom and custom walk- in closet. It came out beautiful, exactly how we wanted it, and in a very efficient timeline.

We found DLC on Instagram and exceeded every expectation. Dan and his team delivered a truly custom, designer-level build. His engineering background showed in every recommendation. Communication was clear, timelines and costs were accurate, and the final result was outstanding. Highly recommended.
